Katrina is the Property Management Department Team Leader.

Katrina has been able to achieve this level of responsibility due to her strong background in every aspect of Real Estate administration and Property Management; starting off as a receptionist & then progressing her career as an assistant property manager.

She has been a property manager for some time now & has managed large portfolios of property with value exceeding $60 M. She attributes a lot of her success to her attention to detail & fundamental knowledge of the many Act’s that are pertinent to the management of Real Property in Queensland.

She is our Team Leader and as such responsible for the training, mentoring & management of the entire team. It is her strong leadership qualities that have helped in this regard. It is Katrina’s ambition to continue to build a strong successful property management team focused on maximising the return our landlords expect & the enhancement of their properties value.

Katrina is very happy to lead a team that utilises the industries best IT and programming. This is not by accident as we have been persistent in adding the industries best technology to create efficiency over the whole department.This not only creates efficiencies but also increased levels of customer service.

At the end of the day Katrina’s focus is to lead a team that provides the highest possible level of service to our Property Management customers.
